Who we are: 

We are a licensed non profit family day home agency. We connect family and early childhood educators together to support early childhood potential optimistic brain development for better future. 

 

Vision:

Children are strong, resource able and capable mighty learner and citizen. Each child is a competent learner at his/her own pace and has the potential to reach their optimal development. Children learn from their own  initiative play experiences and interaction with the world around us.

Philosphy: 

The early childhood brain development set the stage for learning through life. We focus on diverse family child care needs in day home setting and devote to support children's optimal early brain development through quality program. We strive to nurture and support the whole child development including  social, emotional, spiritual, physical, and cognitive area.  We work on inspiring hearts and minds to engage and motivate children to develop life skills like relationships, self directed and critical thinker for the changing world in the future.

We respect each family's diverse needs and support program educators in different principle approach. we use Alberta's Early Learning and Care Framework as our basic guideline for program planning and program educators have the flexibilities to plan activities inspired by Reggio Emila, Waldorf or Montessori program.
